Professional aesthetics training, business support, compliance systems and digital growth services for practitioners, clinics and growing businesses across Huddersfield, Leeds, Bradford, Manchester, the wider North of England and throughout the UK.
Qualia brings together aesthetics education, business strategy, compliance support and digital expertise to help practitioners do more than simply complete a course.
We understand that learning a treatment is only one part of becoming a successful professional.
You also need to understand your clients, manage risk, work within your competence, develop appropriate systems, price your services correctly, communicate your value and create a business that can grow sustainably.
That is why our support can continue beyond the training room.
From practical aesthetics education and business development to compliance documentation, website design, SEO and marketing, Qualia can support different stages of your professional and business journey.

This combination of industry, business, academic and governance experience influences the way Qualia teaches.
Professional practice requires more than a qualification and treatment room.
Strong aesthetics businesses need clear systems, accurate records, appropriate procedures and evidence that professional standards are being implemented consistently.
Qualia has developed practical compliance documentation and support for aesthetics practitioners, clinics and training businesses.
We do not simply provide documents to keep in a folder.
Our aim is to help businesses understand how their policies, procedures and systems should work in everyday professional practice.
Where local-authority licensing requirements apply, we can also support practitioners in preparing and organising relevant systems and documentation.
